Entering Transition T2
"You will be entering a very busy transition area by now as athletes from many waves will be going about their business, racing and preparing.
Let people know you are coming through, but also be aware, so are others!
Reinforcing the previous points, look for your reference markers so that you can get back to your racking position as quickly and efficiently as possible, it will be very busy around your space, so plan.
Find your position and rack your bike safely in your spot.
Now take off your helmet, you will see people running out of transition with their bike helmet still on, they will have to go and put it back, valuable time wasted, why not prepare properly?"

So prepare to enjoy and savour every minute of it, wave to your family and the crowd, and go across that line to hear the accolade of ‘You are an Ironman’.
